Community Support Services assists adults (16 and over) who are having a lot of difficulty in day-to-day living as a result of severe and persistent mental health issues. Services are provided in English, Tamil, Somali and several other languages. CSS's catchment area is East North York, Scarborough and Central/West Toronto.

Anyone may make a referral, including the person in need of service. The person being referred must meet the criteria and be in need of intensive long-term community support.
