Autumn 2009 Toronto Public Information Sessions: Orthomolecular* Medicine & Good Mental Health Series:

Did you know that nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and omega 3 fats are proven to help you stay healthy and lead a balanced life? Come hear an orthomolecular health educator explain how an approach known as Orthomolecular Medicine, the therapeutic use of nutrients, can be used along with other modalities, to deal with many health conditions such as children and behaviour, women and stress.


I. Wednesday, September 30, 7:30 pm (Room 2286). Nutrition, Children and Behaviour. Presented by Sejal Parikh-Shah, ND.

II. Wednesday, October 21, 7:30 pm (Room 5250). Women's Health: Maintaining Balance. Presented by Jodi Larry, ND.

III. Wednesday, November 25, 7:30 pm (Room 5250). Stress: How to Cope with It. Presented by Karen Hack, BSc, ND.

All sessions will be held at Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), 252 Bloor Street West (St. George Subway).

Note: September room is different than October and November presentation.
